At Dumbara Micro, we believe in empowering individuals by providing them with practical
skills that can open up sustainable livelihood opportunities. On 22nd February 2025, we
successfully conducted a Beedi Wrapping Training Program aimed at enhancing the skills and
knowledge of our community members.
This initiative not only helped participants gain confidence in a new skill but also supported our
mission of contributing to rural economic development. The program was well received, with
active participation and enthusiasm throughout the sessions.
At Dumbara Micro, we will continue to organize such training programs to uplift communities
by fostering self-employment opportunities and preserving traditional practices.
